Slowly peel white paper backing away from fabric, making sure it does not stick to itself. Adhere bra strips to inner breast first. Smooth to outside of breast. Removal : Gently peel off and discard. The bra strips should be dry when removed. A few words of caution : we recommend that you perform a patch test before extended use.
